This includes a 45-minute initial consultation with 30-minute sessions weekly or biweekly. Weekly email check-ins are also offered on current suggestions. 

Rates:

• $95 USD for initial 45-minute consultation
• $60 USD for 30 minute consultation sessions with weekly email check-ins.
