In the meantime, check out our Toy Reviews

Play is one of the most important occupations that children engage in. Through play they become physically stronger, develop problem solving skills, practice and learn social skills with peers, build self esteem, and foster creativity. As pediatric Occupational Therapists, we use many toys during our treatment sessions to support and encourage the development of various skills in the children we serve.

On this page we hope to provide you with a brief description of some of our favorite toys, explain some of the main skills that children can work on by using these toys, and provide some recommended therapeutic ways in which you can use these toys to engage with your child. Disclaimer; none of our reviews have been formulated for sponsorship or partnership with the associated companies.
